Mike Silvestri

Mike Silvestri is an experienced technology manager currently overseeing the PeopleSoft HCM systems at the Pennsylvania State Treasury since May 2015. With a robust background in systems analysis, Mike previously served as a Systems Analyst at Cerner (Siemens) for over fifteen years, focusing on support for PeopleSoft Financial and HCM systems and offering project management guidance. Earlier roles included Systems Analyst at TE Connectivity and Lead Analyst at PinnacleHealth, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of systems analysis, implementation, and maintenance for critical health and financial systems. Mike began a career in technology as a Computer Programmer at Harrisburg Area Community College. Educational qualifications include two Associate Degrees in Data Processing and Photographic Technology from HACC.
