Jenny Rhodes

Jenny Rhodes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at PennyMac since December 2021, Jenny previously held significant roles at PNC from June 2004 to December 2021, including SVP Senior HR Business Partner Manager for Retail Distribution overseeing 24,000 employees. Additional positions at PNC included leading HR initiatives for Commercial Real Estate and implementing talent frameworks across retail operations. Jenny's earlier experience includes roles at General Electric focused on cultural integration and leadership development. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
