Tara Vandygriff is currently the Engagement Manager at Penrod. Prior to that, they were with Servantrip from January 2017 to June 2017 as a Marketing & Business Development Team Member where they coordinated with the sales team to create content for both B2B and B2C prospective clients. Tara also strategized and implemented a plan to increase social media presence, web traffic and customer sign-up. Tara has also worked with a staff from 15+ countries in both Spanish and English.
Before Servantrip, Tara worked at iHeartMedia Milwaukee from September 2013 to September 2016 as a Digital Development Sales Coordinator. There they worked with 16 account executives and 4 sales managers to reach digital sales goals of approximately $1.1 million dollars annually. Tara also created sales packages and initiatives to increase revenue of digital assets, project managed all inbound marketing communications including managing the brand LinkedIn page, producing video newsletters and attending conferences, conducted weekly training sessions with sales staff on web, digital and mobile strategy, and collaborated with clients to optimize their broadcast advertising campaigns by adding digital components such as iHeartRadio, display ads and endorsements.
Tara Vandygriff is a graduate of the Leadership Accelerator Program at Rice University. Tara also has an International MBA from EAE Business School. Tara's undergraduate degree is in Spanish for the Business Professions from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Tara also has a Double Major in Public Relations & Spanish for the Business Professions from Marquette University.
