Rex Waggoner

Rex Waggoner is the VP Field Services at Penrose Tow. Rex has previously worked as an incident manager at CURA Emergency Services from August 2014 to September 2020. Rex was also an emergency management intern at City of Grapevine from January 2014 to August 2014 where they were responsible for reviewing, updating, and editing city plans to promote emergency management and readiness. Rex has also served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from January 2006 to December 2010.

Rex Waggoner received a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration and Planning from the University of North Texas.

They work with Shane Espinoza - Tow Operator, Clint Wilson - Tow Operator, and Steve Lewis - VP Clients. Rex Waggoner reports to Warren "Bubba" Mims, President.
