Michel Schneider

Michel Schneider has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Leiter Mandate Schweiz & International and Stv. CEO at Pensimo Management AG since October 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing investment mandates and portfolio management. Schneider also holds a position on the Verwaltungsrat at espazium since June 2022 and was Geschäftsführer at Pensimo Fondsleitung AG from July 2014 to May 2022, managing the Swissinvest Real Estate Fund. Prior roles include Wissenschaftlicher Projektleiter at Avenir Suisse, project management at Expo.02, and various consulting positions. Schneider's academic background includes a Lic. rer. pol. from the University of Bern, an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Zurich, and a CAS in Raumplanung from ETH Zurich.
