Niels Faassen

Niels Faassen, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Portfolio Manager for External Mandates at Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer since June 2018, Niels has previously held significant positions including Senior Manager Research Analyst at Morningstar from August 2012 to May 2018, Portfolio Analyst at ACTIAM N.V. from December 2008 to July 2012, and Investment Advisor at ABN AMRO from March 2006 to December 2008. Niels holds a CFA charter and earned a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Radboud University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Languages from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
