Jan Christiaan Hellendoorn

Jan Christiaan Hellendoorn currently serves as a member of the Ledenraad at Rabobank since April 2024, and as a special committee member for D66 Drenthe focusing on mobility, economy, tourism, and other areas since May 2023. Hellendoorn has been the interim Head of Corporate Affairs at Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn since January 2023, and has held board member positions at Museum JAN and Stichting VanHarte from 2017 to 2023. Previously, Hellendoorn was the Head of Communication at Pensioenfonds ABP and has extensive experience with VNO-NCW and De Nederlandsche Bank in communication roles focusing on sustainability. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and significant certifications in leadership and corporate governance.
