David Joseph

David Joseph is an experienced actuary and manager with a strong background in actuarial services and financial analysis. Since August 2005, David has held various roles at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), progressing from Actuary to Supervisory Actuary and currently serving as Manager in the Actuarial Services Division. Prior to PBGC, David was a Financial Services Professional at New York Life Insurance Company from June 2004 to August 2005 and worked as a Mathematics Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from August 2002 to June 2004. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Long Island University and a Master of Engineering in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Morgan State University.
