Director, Core Business Applications at The Board of Pensions

Mai Nhu has extensive work experience in application development and management. Mai started their career as a Peoplesoft Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC) in 2000, where they conducted fit/gap analysis, gathered requirements, and facilitated design discussions for HR, benefits, and payroll programs. Mai then joined IBM as a Peoplesoft Consultant from 2002 to 2003, where they conducted fit/gap analysis and created development, testing, and implementation plans. Mai Nhu worked as a Computer Specialist at the City of New York from 2003 to 2004, where they translated and imported data from legacy systems and collaborated with end-users for system and process changes. Later, they joined The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) as a Senior Programmer Analyst from 2005 to 2008, and then as an Assistant Director and Director, managing application development and leading major implementation and upgrade projects. Their responsibilities included managing teams, translating requirements into technical specifications, and creating project documentation. Mai Nhu's key accomplishments include leading the PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade project and managing the GoldMine Enterprise Edition implementation project.

Mai Nhu has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, which was obtained in 2012. Prior to that, Mai Nhu completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Commerce and Engineering with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the same institution, dated between 1996 and 2000.
