Dave Giddings

Dave Giddings has extensive experience in the defence and engineering sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Projects & Business Manager for Sauer Compressors at Penske Power Systems since April 2013, Giddings focuses on training for internal staff and external customers within the Defence Programmes Group. Prior to this, from 1997 to 2013, Giddings held various roles at MTU Detroit Diesel Australia, culminating in the position of Sauer Compressors Product Support Manager, where significant contributions were made to Royal Australian Navy projects. Giddings began their career with the Royal Australian Navy from 1990 to 1995, managing the Fleet Maintenance Mechanical engineering Workshop and providing technical support for naval vessels. Giddings holds multiple qualifications in marine engineering and training from various institutions, including the Royal Australian Navy and Bankstown Community College.
