Mike Boening

Mike Boening is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the automotive and retail industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Penske Automotive Group since November 1998, Mike has demonstrated a strong leadership presence by progressing from the role of Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to joining Penske Automotive Group, Mike held the position of Regional Manager at Builders Square from 1980 to 1998, showcasing a solid foundation in management and operational oversight.
