Tara Gedelman

Tara Gedelman, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Area Human Resources Manager at Penske Automotive Group since November 2023. Previously, Tara held the position of Human Resources Manager at CarSaver from January 2022 to November 2023, overseeing HR functions for a remote workforce across 28 states in the automotive and fintech industry. From February 2014 to January 2022, Tara served as the Human Resources Director for Pharmacy Network Services, Inc., managing HR activities for over 200 employees across five business units. Earlier career experience includes the role of Human Resources / Operations Manager at Belk, managing HR for a $21 million store with more than 130 employees from January 2005 to February 2014. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University, completed in 2010.
