Lauren Utecht

Lauren Utecht is PMC’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, leading PMC’s HR function across the organization. A certified Professional in Human Resources, her HR specializations include employee relations, conflict resolution, legal compliance, process improvement, company culture, talent acquisition, and corporate health and wellness. She is passionate about driving PMC’s corporate philanthropic initiatives through PMC’s 2% Foundation and works with a deep pride and passion for corporate culture. A member of PMC’s founding team in 2003, Lauren previously served as PMC’s Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications as well as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications.

Lauren’s background includes work in entertainment reporting, business and non-profit communications, administrative support, and publicity. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s journalism school and holds a Masters degree in writing from Colorado State University, where she also studied corporate communications and worked as a writing instructor in the university’s English department.
