Stuart Chown

Stuart Chown is an experienced professional in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Penta Consulting since April 2022. Previously, Stuart held the role of Director at The Chown Associates from September 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, Stuart worked at Ricoh Europe as Operations Director for Communication Services and at Ricoh UK as Head of Contract Management and Reporting and Client Services Manager from 2010 to 2021. Stuart's career began at IKON Office Solutions as Regional Service Manager, following an early role as a Field Service Engineer at Mastercare from 1980 to 1986. Educational qualifications include attendance at Oxford from 1975 to 1980 and Marlborough School Woodstock from 1970 to 1975.
