Laura Henderson

Laura Henderson has a strong background in the technology and software industry, with significant experience in leadership roles. Laura is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Penta Technologies, Inc., where they are responsible for delivering high-value products and services to customers and leading a Lean Agile transformation. Prior to this role, Laura served as the VP of Customer Experience at Penta Technologies.

Before joining Penta Technologies, Laura was the Founder of Epiphany Learning LLC, where they developed a web-based personalized learning application designed to empower learners.

Earlier in their career, Laura served as the CEO of TEKLYNX International and implemented solution-selling processes and methodologies. Laura also held the role of Sales and Customer Ops Director at TEKLYNX International, where they launched new software products and improved customer satisfaction through the implementation of a balanced scorecard framework.

Laura's experience also includes working at Brady Corporation as the Global IT Support and Ops Manager and at CompuCom as an IT Consultant and Account Lead, where they led client projects and managed large-scale IT projects.

Laura Henderson participated in the SBA - Emerging Leaders Program in 2015. This program did not result in a degree or field of study. Laura then pursued their bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Ottawa University from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Laura obtained their certification as a PSM Scrum.Org Certified Scrum Master from Scrum.org in September 2019.
