Dale Hershfield

Dale Hershfield currently serves as Lean Manager at Pentair since October 2023. Previously, Dale held the position of Senior Performance Improvement Advisor at Allina Health from March 2021 to August 2023, contributing to performance elevation within a $4.4 billion healthcare system. From June 2013 to March 2021, Dale was Director of Operational Excellence at the University of Chicago Medicine, leading cultural transformation and implementing lean management systems. Other roles include Sr. Lean Consultant at ValuMetrix Services and Program Leader at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where significant financial improvements were achieved.
