Matthew Hardisty has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Matthew began their career in 2005 as a Swimming Instructor at Swim Stockport. In 2012, they became an Event Promoter for Outgoing Ltd, where they were responsible for organizing promotion for events, interacting with potential clients, and providing on-site preparation and medical aid assistance. In 2015, Hardisty became a Ski and Snowboard Instructor at RCR, where they instructed children and adults in ski and snowboard, planned and supervised lunch and evening activities, and prepared and delivered lesson plans tailored to individual group needs. In 2016, Hardisty joined Sytner Group as a Sales Executive, where they gained first-class on-the-job training and on-going skills courses to become a high-achieving sales executive. In 2018, they became a Business Development Manager at Koris365 (formerly SICL), an award-winning technology company specializing in IT service and solutions. Most recently, Hardisty joined Pentest People in 2022 as a Business Development Manager. Pentest People are a CREST accredited company and a Check Service Provider for its Penetration Testing services and have also attained the NCSC Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, as well as being placed on the G-Cloud 11 framework. Pentest People are also certificated to ISO:9001 and ISO:27001.
Matthew Hardisty obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education Studies from Sheffield Hallam University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from various institutions, including Exam Prep: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) from LinkedIn in October 2021, Snowboard Instructor Level 1 from British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) in September 2014, Swimming Teacher Level 2 from ASA in September 2008, Alpine Ski Instructor Level 2 from British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) in March 2008, Alpine Ski Instructor Level 1 from British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) in January 2008, and Swimming Teacher Level 1 from ASA in September 2005.
