Volker Jacobs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles within human resources and organizational productivity. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of TI People, Volker Jacobs focuses on enhancing work productivity and engagement by eliminating friction in enterprise services and digital transformations. In addition to this role, Volker Jacobs holds board positions at FOUNT and Insight222, aiming to improve employee listening and advance People Analytics, respectively. Volker Jacobs has also contributed to Pentos as a Member of the Supervisory Board, enhancing digitization strategies in HR, and has been involved with Hitch Works, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Advisors, facilitating internal talent mobility. Previous experience includes managing director roles at CEB and extensive tenure at on.valco and Baumgartner & Partner.
