Stefanie DeRosa

Stefanie DeRosa has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Stefanie began their career in 1999 as an Office Manager at A-TRAC Computer Sales & Service Inc., where they worked until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Stefanie served as an HR Coordinator at Caturano and Company. In 2006, they joined PerkinElmer Optoelectronics as an HR Generalist, a role they held until 2009. Following this, Stefanie worked at OuterLink Corporation as an Accountant from 2013 to 2014. Stefanie then served as the Office Manager at OuterLink Global Solutions, a Metro Aviation Company, from 2015 until 2020. Finally, Stefanie became a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Pentucket Bank in 2019, and their employment there is ongoing.

Stefanie DeRosa graduated from Bentley University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Their degree had a concentration in Human Resources. In addition to their degree, Stefanie has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn. In March 2021, they completed certifications in "Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters," "Performance-Based Hiring," and "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing."
