Beth Purcell

Beth Purcell has extensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Beth has worked in various roles in different companies.

Starting in 2004, Beth worked at DePuy Synthes Companies as a Clinical Data Analyst. Beth was responsible for data cleaning, processing, and management in both paper and electronic data capture systems. Beth also trained doctors and site managers on completing case report forms and designed forms for clinical trials.

In 2014, Beth joined Biosense Webster as a Senior Clinical Data Manager. Beth was the lead data manager for domestic and international clinical research trials, using the Medidata Rave Electronic Data Capture System. Beth also programmed data management reports and performed user acceptance testing.

Beth then worked at Alopexx Enterprises, LLC as a Senior Clinical Data Manager from 2017 to 2019. Beth joined Ascendis Pharma in 2018 as a Lead Clinical Data Manager. At both companies, they were responsible for data management.

In 2018, Beth also worked at Clinical Trial Data Services as a Clinical Data Manager. Beth started their current position as the Principal Data Manager at Penumbra, Inc. in November 2022.

Beth Purcell attended Fairfield University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
