Chloe Anne H.

Chloe Anne H. is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Complex Care - Community Lead Nurse and Wellbeing Nurse at Radis Community Care since May 2022. In addition to this role, Chloe is actively involved with Euan's Guide as an Ambassador and Disabled Access Reviewer, and participates with Dog A.I.D. as a qualified client. Other current positions include Accessibility Consultant for the Devon County Show and Mid Devon Mobility, along with experience as a Volunteer for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. Chloe also contributes as a Model (Influencer) for Well Cool Clothing and serves as an Accessibility Advocate for People for Research. Educational achievements include a BSc Hons in Maternal/Child Health and Neonatal Nursing from the University of West London, along with numerous professional development courses in dog training, accessibility, and health-related topics.
