Nadiia Ivanova has a diverse work experience in the field of human rights and development. Nadiia started in 2010 as an office volunteer at Amnesty International Ukraine. In 2013, they interned at Amnesty International Česká republika and the Czech Development Agency, working on Moldova and Georgia projects. Nadiia then joined People in Need in 2014 as a project manager and later progressed to the roles of team lead and head of program. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the deputy director of the Center for Human Rights and Democracy, before assuming their current position as the director.
Nadiia Ivanova completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 2006 to 2010. Nadiia then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree at the Prague University of Economics and Business. From 2011 to 2012, their field of study was Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Nadiia continued their studies at the same university from 2012 to 2015, focusing on Development studies, International politics, and diplomacy.
