Ngandwe Chileshe

Ngandwe Chileshe is an experienced professional in the field of agriculture and program coordination, currently serving as Project Coordinator at People in Need since January 2023. Previously, Ngandwe held the position of Project Officer and worked as an Agribusiness and Market Support Intern at the Ministry of Agriculture. Additional roles include Research Assistant at the Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement, Agriculture Graduate Trainee at Mansa Sugar Limited, and Programmes Officer Agriculture Intern at AgriEn Network. Ngandwe also has experience as an Agriculture Economist at Palm Associates Limited and contributed to The University of Zambia Liampe Farms. Ngandwe graduated with a BSc degree in Agriculture Economics from the University of Zambia and holds a General Certificate of Education from St Raphaels Boys Secondary School.
