Banner Richard

Rick Banner has over 30 years of combined work experience in the field of advocacy and special education. Banner spent 13 years at People Inc., where they started as an Advocacy Coordinator and later became an Associate Vice President of Advocacy. In these roles, they organized and promoted advocacy opportunities for people with developmental disabilities, advised advocacy groups, and facilitated Person Centered Planning. Prior to that, Rick worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Waverly Community School District for 13 years.

Banner Richard (Rick) has pursued education in the field of Social Work at Erie Community College. Banner also has experience in the field of Elementary Education and Teaching from Lansing Community College.
