Rachael Batticciotto

Rachael Batticciotto has extensive work experience in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Rachael held various roles in the recruitment and SES Unit, starting as an A/g Assistant Director for the Induction Project from September 2018 to May 2019. Rachael then became an A/g Assistant Director for Recruitment from May 2019 to July 2019 before being promoted to Assistant Director for Recruitment from July 2019 to February 2021. From February 2021 to April 2021, they served as an Assistant Director in the SES Unit before transitioning to a role as Assistant Director for Recruitment Projects from April 2021 to April 2022. Rachael then assumed the position of Assistant Director for Recruitment from February 2022 to October 2022 before becoming a/g Director for the SES Unit and Recruitment from October 2022 to July 2023.
