Brandon Melton

Brandon Melton is an experienced consultant at IRI Consultants, having joined the firm in February 2014 to enhance its Organizational Development Practice. With a 40-year career in human resources, Brandon served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lifespan from 2002 to 2013, overseeing HR functions for the largest employer in Rhode Island. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources for both Catholic Health Initiatives and Catholic Health Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed large healthcare facilities across multiple states. Brandon also held the position of Director at ASHHRA within the American Hospital Association, supporting HR professionals in the healthcare sector. Brandon Melton earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Evansville.
