Currently, Kuhns serves as the Founder of Unstoppable Leadership Group LLC, delivering high-value leadership coaching and keynote speaking engagements. As Vice President of Strategic Planning at People Results, Kuhns focuses on designing strategic plans to tackle human resources and cultural challenges across diverse industries. Previous roles include founding NoExcusesHR.com, serving as Senior Vice President of HR Strategy at Kinetix, and holding key human resources executive positions at All Children's Hospital, HCA, and UHS Hospitals. Kuhns holds a BA in History from Ithaca College and a MSW in Social Work from Marywood University.
