Rupesh Padhye

Rupesh Padhye is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at PeopleGrove since February 2019, Rupesh has progressed through the ranks from Full Stack Developer to Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a Technical Lead position at CitiusTech, contributing to the development of the Predix industrial cloud platform, and earlier roles such as Analyst at CRISIL Limited, where valuable insights in structured finance were gained. Rupesh began the career as a Software Engineer at Logixal Inc, working on internet banking solutions for major banks in the EMEA region. Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Walchand College of Engineering and an Android Developer Nanodegree from Udacity.
