Todd Campbell has an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Todd worked at Verizon as a Systems Support Engineer from 1997 to 2001, providing support for front-end telecom billing software. From 2005 to 2013, Todd worked at Starbucks, starting as a Store Manager before transitioning to Customer Technical Support Manager. Currently, Todd is the Senior Manager Customer Operations at Greenway Health, where Todd oversees multiple teams and is directly responsible for challenging customers. Todd excels in meeting and exceeding established KPIs and has consistently led all Support teams in customer satisfaction surveys. Todd also has experience in implementing ITIL practices and participating in industry conferences to interact with customers.
