Rocío Castañeda

Rocío Castañeda has diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Rocío began their career in 2013 as an Assistant at Sala Salud, where they assisted healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments, handling insurance authorizations, and maintaining patient records. In 2014, they joined Mundo Cocoa, where they provided customer service until 2017. Rocío then worked as a Customer Service Assistant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Accenture as a Program & Operations Associate, responsible for contractor management and HR coordination until 2021.
