David Black

David Black has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career at Harris Teeter as a Customer Service Manager, where they led a team of 42 employees and consistently delivered top-notch customer service. David also handled various responsibilities such as employee training, sales forecasting, payroll reconciliation, cash operations management, and store keyholding.

Moving forward, David joined Alltel Wireless as a Key Account Representative, providing direct support to major healthcare and public safety organizations. David ensured seamless wireless telecom operations and provided on-site support to customers. Later, Alltel Wireless was acquired by Verizon.

At Verizon, David held multiple roles, including Business Sales Associate, Business Operations Supervisor, Manager of Sales Operations, and Senior Manager of Business Operations. In these positions, they demonstrated their leadership skills by improving business operations, streamlining processes, and developing policies. David also managed dynamic teams, supervised and coordinated employees across different locations, and successfully supported mid to large-sized organizations.

Currently, David works at PeopleReady as the Director of Operations. In this role, they oversee operations, supports multiple locations, and manages various stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and associates.
