Shawn Dillenbeck

Shawn Dillenbeck has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Shawn started their career at Healthation, Inc. as a Software Engineer I, where they were responsible for deploying new releases of the product and troubleshooting client support tickets. Shawn then advanced to the role of Software Engineer II at Healthation, Inc., where they architected and developed automated scripts for manual QA testers and created a deployment utility for code delivery.

Following this, Dillenbeck joined Geneca as a Senior Software Engineer and then as a Software Developer II. At Geneca, they contributed to the development of software solutions for clients.

After their time at Geneca, Dillenbeck joined EZLinks Golf LLC as the Lead Development Operations Engineer. In this role, they managed the design and development of e-commerce products and provided support for multiple applications, programming languages, operating systems, and cloud platforms. Shawn then moved to the role of Senior Manager of Engineering at EZLinks Golf LLC, where they oversaw multiple e-commerce development teams and focused on improving the software development lifecycle.

Most recently, Dillenbeck took on the role of Director of Software Engineering at PeopleReady. In this position, they led and nurtured development teams, implemented cloud native solutions, developed a CI/CD system, and established a team of Site Reliability Engineers. Shawn also participated in product definition and design sessions, architected integrations with 3rd party vendors, and established a Performance Testing team.

Throughout their career, Dillenbeck has demonstrated a strong technical background and a focus on improving processes and delivering reliable software solutions.

Shawn Dillenbeck obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University from 2005 to 2007. Shawn also holds multiple certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD - Web Developer 4), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - Accessing Data/.Net 4), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - WCF/.Net 4), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - Web Applications/.Net 4), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which they obtained in July 2020.
