Abigail Hoekstra

Abigail Hoekstra, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Peoples Associates Structural Engineers since July 2023. Previously, Abigail worked at Colorado State University in various roles, including Student Coordinator at University Advancement and Senior Mock Interview Specialist at the College of Business, where responsibilities included generating reports, scheduling meetings, and providing mock interview feedback. Abigail has gained significant HR experience through internships at Santa Cruz Seaside Company, Coupa Software, and Presbyterian Church of Los Gatos, focusing on onboarding, DEI reporting, and community engagement. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Organization and Innovation Management from Colorado State University, completed in May 2023.
