Jon Drake

Jon Drake has extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. Jon started their career in 1986 as a Commissioned National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where they conducted onsite examinations of various national banks and communicated examination findings to senior management. In 1993, they joined PlainsCapital Bank as a Senior Vice President, responsible for corporate planning, development, and compliance. Jon facilitated strategic meetings, managed the marketing customer information file system, and led training and development initiatives. In 2001, Jon Drake joined Alamosa PCS Holdings Inc as a Vice President of Investor Relations, where they developed and managed the investor relations program for a wireless company listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ. Jon communicated with analysts, prepared press releases and annual reports, and oversaw the annual shareholder meeting. In 2006, Jon Drake joined Peoples Bank Texas as the Senior Executive Vice President and CFO, overseeing financial, accounting, and risk functions for a $1.05 billion community bank with 12 branches across Texas. Jon was responsible for investments, asset/liability management, interest rate risk, and liquidity analysis.

Jon Drake attended West Texas A&M University from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance.
