Lauren Brokop

Lauren Brokop is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership development, wellness, and marketing. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at People's California since April 2020, Lauren focuses on employee morale, incentive programs, and hiring. As a business owner and co-founder of iShine Yoga Therapy since September 2015, Lauren specializes in meditation coaching, yoga instruction, and wellness retreats across multiple locations. Previous roles include developing CHOC Children's first Gentle Yoga program, managing recruitment and community programs at lululemon athletica, and directing marketing initiatives at David James Group and the Association for Laboratory Automation. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations from Michigan State University and completed a 500-hour Yoga Therapy program at Loyola Marymount University.
