Jon Czarnecki

Jon Czarnecki was named director — engineering in April 2019. In that role, he plays a key role in the Peoples Gas System Modernization Program (SMP), combining a strong engineering foundation with the ability to develop process improvements to drive effective coordination and efficient design.

Czarnecki joined the Peoples Gas construction leadership team in late 2015 as director — project management and controls for SMP. He substantially matured those functions and was the point person for managing regulatory reviews and audits of SMP.

Czarnecki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and recently completed the Executive Masters of Business Administration program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
