Brent Wallis has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Brent began in 2006 as the Medical Director for Luke's House: A Clinic for Healing and Hope. In 2007, they joined LSU Health Sciences Center as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Brent then joined LSU Healthcare Network in 2007, where they served as the Chief Medical Information Officer until 2012. Following that, they joined JenCare Neighborhood Medical Centers as the Market Medical Director, a role they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Brent worked at Peoples Health, where they held various positions including Vice President of Clinical Integration and Chief Medical Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Medical Officer at Primary Care Plus, a position they have held since 2018.
