Nicole Ramos

Nicole Ramos has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Nicole started their career as a Planning Intern at the City of Atascadero Community Development Department in 2008. Nicole then worked as an Assistant Administrator at Hicks Pension Services from 2009 to 2010, handling third party administration for employee benefit plans. Later, they joined Rosetta as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2010 to 2014. Nicole then moved on to Level Studios and served as the People Services Director from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at People's Self-Help Housing since 2017 and was later promoted to the role of Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer in 2023.

Nicole Ramos obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning, with a focus on Sustainable Environments, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Nicole attended the university from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Nicole holds a certification in Human Resources (PHR), obtained from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
