In addition to more than a decade of senior-level marketing experience, she also possesses a Master’s degree and years of practice in clinical psychology. An immigrant to the United States from the former Soviet Union, Irina understands on a very personal level that the value of a home extends well beyond its financial worth. She has a true passion for protecting the homes of each and every customer in the People’s Trust family and a deep commitment to the company’s mission of providing dependable homeowner’s insurance that is affordable to all.

As Executive Vice President of People’s Trust Holdings, Irina’s responsibilities extend to the entire family of companies under the People’s Trust umbrella. However, her passion is marketing, and she is intimately involved with the development of internal and external communication for the family of brands, where she is a driving force behind programs designed to improve employee communications with policyholders, customers and business partners. She is the chief advocate for the ongoing development of education materials to help customers easily, cost-effectively and thoroughly navigate the home insurance buying process, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction with the People’s Trust experience. She leads the charge with regard to the company’s customer-centric philosophy and ensures that all messaging and promotional materials across all of the People’s Trust companies accurately reflect this approach unique to the Florida market.
