Nicolas Pingnelain

Nicolas Pingnelain began their career in 2003 as a Team Manager - IT for Manufacturing Process at Michelin. Nicolas was responsible for managing a team of 15 internal developers and 15 contractors, and accountable for a 5M€ budget on a yearly basis. Nicolas also worked as an EAI Developer for Michelin. In 2010, they joined TALEO as a Presales Manager for France and Southern Europe. Nicolas was a product and domain expert for the TALEO Platform, and was responsible for complex software sales methodology. In 2012, they joined Oracle as a Pre-Sales Director for Southern Europe, and was a part of the EMEA HCM Sales Consulting Team. Nicolas was responsible for leading a team of presales for Southern Europe and focusing on Oracle HCM, including Fusion HCM and Oracle Taleo products. Later in 2012, they worked as a Musician for ERDH, performing soundtracks for non-existing movies. In 2014, they joined Workday as a Field Innovation Strategist for EMEA and a Presales Senior Manager for HCM, FIN & TECH. In 2020, they were the Head Of Sales at Ircam Amplify, and in 2022 they joined PeopleSpheres as the Sales and Presales Director. At PeopleSpheres, they are pioneering the next generation of Human Capital Management solutions.

Nicolas Pingnelain attended ISIMA from 2000 to 2003 and obtained an Engineer degree in IT.
