Andrea Lessard has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Red Bull, Andrea previously held significant positions such as SVP of People & Culture at Anduril Industries, VP of People & Culture at Cleo, and Head of Rewards & Talent Operations at Red Bull. Additionally, Andrea has demonstrated expertise in the Asia-Pacific and Japan markets as VP of HR APAC & Japan/HR Ops & Rewards at Asurion and has held the role of Sr. Director of Compensation & Benefits. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, graduated between 2000 and 2003.
