Meghan Bowen Frazer

Meghan Bowen Frazer is an experienced human resources and legal professional with a diverse background in managing employee relations, labor and employment issues, and DEI initiatives. Currently serving as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and VP of People & Legal at Very Good Ventures, Meghan's previous roles include Head of People/General Counsel at Block Renovation and Head of Human Resources for KATERRA, where efforts focused on employee retention and culture management for a workforce of over 3,000 employees. Meghan has also held positions in organizations such as IslandWood and the City of Seattle, providing comprehensive oversight on HR functions and legal matters. An attorney with significant experience in advising municipal entities, Meghan's legal education was completed at the University of Washington School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Whitman College.
