Regina Ross

Regina Ross is currently an advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Prior to their current position, Ross worked as the Director of Change Management for Pitney Bowes from February 2015 to October 2021. In this role, Ross was responsible for leading the change management team for Pitney Bowes’ global Workday HCM implementation and Presort Services business transformation. Ross was also a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon from July 2012 to January 2015, where they provided strategic and tactical full-cycle Human Resources support to two large Amazon Fulfillment Centers in the Richmond, VA area. Ross has been praised for their ability to effectively manage change within organizations and their dedication to their work.
