Steven Richter

Steven Richter serves as the Coordinator of Admissions and Marketing for Peoria County Government. In addition, Steven Richter has been an Instructor of Music at Kidder Music since August 2017. Steven Richter holds a Master of Music degree in Clarinet Performance from The University of Connecticut, which was completed between 1981 and 1984.
