Lisa Snow

Lisa Snow Ph.D. has extensive experience with the City of Peoria IL Police Department, serving as Assistant Chief of Police since 1990 and currently as Special Assistant to the Chief of Police during the transition of command. Lisa is in the process of closing out ongoing projects prior to a retirement planned for April 2018. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bradley University. Additionally, Lisa is a participant in the FBI National Academy.
