Meghan Leaver

Meghan Leaver has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Meghan co-founded PEP Health in 2021, a company that utilizes custom algorithms to gather and analyze public feedback from online platforms relating to healthcare. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Researcher in Health Systems at Nuffield Department of Medicine starting in 2017. In this role, Meghan focused on quality improvement and patient safety outcomes using mixed-methods approaches. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Principal of Healthcare and Life Sciences at Faculty, where they prioritized leveraging AI and new technologies to enhance access to clinical services and evaluate health technology implementation. Before that, Meghan held positions at Total, including Head of Operational Risk in the Global Commodity Trading Division from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Risk in the Commodity Trading Division from 2011 to 2015.

Meghan Leaver's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science from Queen's University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Meghan later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Decision Research from King's College London, attending from 2010 to 2011.
