Kristie Schoonover

Kristie Schoonover, SHRM-CP began their work experience in 2004 as a Sales Support Administrator at Office Team. In November 2004, they moved on to pep, LLC. where they started as a Promotion Coordinator and was responsible for executing promotional programs and creating standard operation procedures. Kristie then progressed to the role of Promotion Specialist, Promotion Supervisor, and Project Lead before becoming a Training Lead in May 2012. Kristie'smost recent position at pep, LLC. is Associate Director of Learning & Development, which they started in August 2019.

Kristie Schoonover, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, where they majored in Marketing and minored in Spanish. Kristie completed their education in 2004.
