Steve Ruwe

Steve Ruwe is an experienced professional in sourcing and project management with a diverse background in marketing communications. Currently serving as Sourcing Lead at pep, LLC since May 2021, Steve specializes in negotiating contracts, analyzing supplier trends, and developing strategic sourcing processes. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Advertising Vehicles as a Project Manager from March 2013 to May 2021, coordinating project statuses and facilitating training for new hires. Steve's extensive experience also includes a tenure at The Hillman Group as Sr. Marketing Communications Manager and various roles in marketing communications and media relations at Cincinnati Cyclones and the University of Cincinnati Basketball. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati.
