Rishi Ramgulam

Rishi Ramgulam is the Chief Executive: People at PEP, a position held since July 2024, and is an active member of the PEP Executive Committee and HR Forum of Pepkor. Prior to joining PEP, Rishi served as the Group Human Capital Executive at Cape Union Mart Group from June 2021 to July 2024 and as Head of HR at Retailability from January 2021 to June 2021. Rishi's extensive experience in human resources includes a significant role as HR Executive Head at Edcon from January 2001 to December 2020, overseeing the end-to-end Human Resources Business Partner function for Edgars. Rishi holds a Master's degree in Personal & Professional Leadership from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2013 and 2014, and has a secondary education background from Arena Park Secondary School in Chatsworth from 1992 to 1996.
