Kestutis Barkauskas

Kestutis Barkauskas is an experienced software engineer currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Peplink since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kestutis worked on a Machine Vision project focused on 1D Barcode recognition and decoding for moving objects from October 2018 to November 2019. Kestutis had a significant tenure at UAB "Ubiquiti Networks Europe" from 2006 to October 2018, holding the positions of CTO and software developer. Career progression includes software development roles at UAB "WILIBOX" from 2004 to 2006, Gemtek Baltic from 2001 to 2004, and No Magic, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. Kestutis holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, obtained from 1993 to 1999, and completed education at Panevėžys Juozas Balčikonis gymnasium from 1981 to 1993.
